A little planning makes the journey easier. Start with the region and season that appeal to you, then compare departure ports, length, time ashore and the ship assigned to each sailing. Check travel documents, insurance, accessibility needs and transfer plans before paying a deposit.

Prices, inclusions and availability are departure-specific. Use the details attached to the selected sailing and confirm all terms before checkout. For longer trips, allow extra time to arrange flights, visas and pre- or post-cruise stays.

    Choose the kind of coast you want

    Start with the places, climate and pace that appeal to your group. Consider whether you want several short port visits, longer time ashore or more days at sea. Open the destination guide for regional ideas, then compare actual voyage routes.

    Compare the departure details

    Check the embarkation port, departure and return dates, length, port sequence and time ashore. Make sure the ship and itinerary shown belong to the exact date you plan to book. Arrange travel to the port with enough time for the operator’s published check-in window.

    Review the fare before paying

    Check the current fare per guest, any previous price shown, discount deadline and the terms attached to an offer. Read what is included, how taxes and fees are shown, and the applicable deposit, balance and cancellation conditions before placing an order.

    If a sailing uses a promotional fare, confirm that your selected date qualifies and that the final checkout total matches the terms displayed.

    Select a date and guest quantity

    Open the voyage’s linked booking product, choose an available departure and enter the number of guest seats. Availability is limited by the seats remaining for that departure. Add the selection to your cart and review the itinerary, quantity and total at checkout.

  5. 05

    Place the order and prepare to travel

    For bank transfer, place the order at checkout and use its order number as the payment reference. The order stays on hold until payment is received and checked; an order email by itself is not confirmation that funds arrived. Keep the confirmation and check your booking status with the team.

    Before departure, verify passport validity, visa or entry rules with the relevant official authorities, travel insurance, health and accessibility needs, port transfers and the operator’s latest boarding instructions.

Your documents

Check the entry requirements for every country on the route, including transit ports. Requirements depend on nationality and can change; confirm them with official government guidance and the cruise operator.
